The Latin Vocalist, Joe Gonzalez, began his music career at the early age of nine. His first recording was with one of the most popular bands of this era, Puerto Rican Power. Later on Joe joined another well-known band led by Tommy Olivencia.  By 1980, he became a member of a readily recognized musical organization throughout all of Puerto Rico and Latin America known as the Raphy Leavitt Y La Selecta in which he worked for five years.

Over time Joe Gonzalez has collaborated with the biggest international stars in Latin music such as Celia Cruz, Hector Lavoe, Andy Montanez, Ismael Miranda, Daniel Santos, Raul Marrero and currently Jose Valdes. In 2006 he recorded a new album entitled "Bohemias Romanticas" in tribute to one of the glories of Puerto Rico, Mr. Gilberto Monroig.
